Domestic Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Food Deliveries – Order by 12 noon on a Tuesday to receive a free delivery on the Friday - (ONLY within 20km of Wangara)

 

PLEASE NOTE – We do not post food

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Deliveries will be shipped via a carrier of our choosing, currently Australia Post and can only be extended to areas reachable through these carriers which may exclude extremely remote locations. If you are unsure about your location you may contact us prior to ordering. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered at reasonable cost.

·  Please ensure suitable provisions are in place to handle your delivery when it arrives. Our freight costs do not cover instances whereby the driver cannot complete delivery due to unforeseen problems preventing delivery.

·  Delivery services not available on public holidays.

·  Please note we do not offer international shipping.

Pats not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
