This service is specifically for referrals from Kalmpets for ongoing behaviour modification under professional guidance. We work closely with your referring veterinary team to implement a training and management plan that complements their clinical recommendations, ensuring a fully integrated and supportive approach to your pet’s behavioural health.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Cancellation Policy We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while also respecting the time and preparation that goes into each session. Notice Period: Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Refunds: If a cancellation is made with the required notice, a refund will be issued minus an administration fee of $25, along with any bank or transaction charges incurred by us. Short-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment or failure to attend without notice are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain fairness and efficiency for all clients. We are happy to change session dates/times provided we obtain 48 hours' notice.
