The Train and Walk Program is designed for dogs who have already undergone an initial behavioural or training assessment and are ready to move forward with targeted, professional training sessions delivered by the trainer—not the owner. This program is ideal for: Time-poor owners, such as busy professionals or parents Clients who feel they lack the skills or confidence to train on their own Those looking to accelerate their dog’s learning and see faster, more consistent results Rather than placing the full training responsibility on the owner, this service gives your dog the benefit of focused, one-on-one sessions with a qualified trainer while being walked and exercised—making it a highly efficient, results-driven option. We recommend a minimum of six sessions.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Cancellation Policy We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while also respecting the time and preparation that goes into each session. Notice Period: Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Refunds: If a cancellation is made with the required notice, a refund will be issued minus an administration fee of $25, along with any bank or transaction charges incurred by us. Short-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment or failure to attend without notice are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain fairness and efficiency for all clients. We are happy to change session dates/times provided we obtain 48 hours' notice.
