Our Behavioural Consultation for Cats is designed to assess and address these concerns with compassion, expertise, and a science-based approach tailored specifically to feline needs. This service is ideal for cat guardians struggling with behaviours that are causing stress, tension, or safety concerns within the home. Whether the issue is new or long-standing, we work with you to create a clear, realistic path toward resolution. 🧠 Common Issues We Address: Inappropriate toileting or litter box avoidance Aggression toward humans or other animals Excessive vocalisation or night-time disturbances Fearful or anxious behaviour Destructive scratching or furniture damage Overgrooming or compulsive behaviours Conflict in multi-cat households Difficulty adapting to changes (e.g. moving, new pets, babies)
Cancellation Policy
📅 Cancellation Policy We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while also respecting the time and preparation that goes into each session. Notice Period: Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Refunds: If a cancellation is made with the required notice, a refund will be issued minus an administration fee of $25, along with any bank or transaction charges incurred by us. Short-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment or failure to attend without notice are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain fairness and efficiency for all clients. We are happy to change session dates/times provided we obtain 48 hours' notice.
