Cancellation Policy

Services Group Classes Classes paid for in advance will be fully refunded providing we have one weeks notice of cancellations. For less than one weeks notice but more than 24 hours notice of your cancellation you will receive half the amount of the class fee. For less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation an administration fee will be charged at 75% of the course fee, the remainder will be reimbursed. ​Missed Classes ​If we have space in a different class we may be able to offer you a make up class. This is not a guarantee as it is your responsibility to ensure that you attend booked sessions. ​Private training - If a consultation has been booked with no deposits made we require 48 hours notice of cancellations or the full charge of the service will need to be paid. If a deposit has been made then a refund will be provided if we receive 48 hours notice of your cancellation. If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice but within 24 hours you will receive a refund of the service less the original required deposit. For less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation an administration fee will be charged at 75% of the consultation fee. ​ Contracted Services - 'train and walk' programs, 'one to one training' and 'day stay training', where you have committed to an agreed course of sessions, the agreed payment plan must be completed. Should you miss or cancel these sessions/services payments must still be completed.
